1. Valid Promotion Code Required

You must have a valid promo code to be eligible. 

2. Limited to up to Two Years of Returns and Two Years of Advisory

You may include one prior year each of business and personal returns (2024) and one year of future returns (2025) with promotion, or two future years of business and personal returns (2025 and 2026) with two years of Tax Advisory Service. Future 2026-2027 Tax Advisory must be bundled with 2026 tax returns. 

(example: if you purchase 2024 and 2025 tax returns with 20% discount and want 20% discount on 2025-2026 and 2026-2027 Tax Advisory then you must also purchase and pay for 2026 tax preparation at regular prices with bundle and pay for all services together by 9/30/25)

3. $1m Audit Insurance and ID Theft Restoration Required with Each Return

We provide firm wide tax preparation audit insurance with ID Theft Restoration for all business and person  returns.

All returns are required to include audit insurance at our regularly discounted price. 

4. Payment in Full Require by 9/30/2025

You must pay your invoice in full by September 30th, 2025 to receive the 20% discount on your entire invoice.

5. Discount Does Not Apply to Renewals or any Subsequent Invoices

This discount can only be used once on your first invoice. Subsequent invoices and renewal of services are not eligible and will be at our regular fees.

6. Quickbooks Services Subscriptions are Excluded from Discount

This discount does not apply to QuickBooks Online Subscriptions

(Simple Start, Essentials, Plus, and Advanced). 

This discount does not apply to Managed QuickBooks Payroll Subscriptions.

7. Refund Policy (100% refund on unused services)

No Contract Required. Month to Month Service Agreement. 100% refund on unused services. 

No refund on services already provided. 100% satisfaction guarantee on services provided with continued service until satisfactory results are delivered. No refund on tax preparation services, LLC formation services, or Licensing/Registration once service has commenced.
